4th Prelim Round of Rocky Top Contest is Tonight!

Rocky Top Comedy Contest T-shirts on sale tonight $10

The final preliminary round of the Rocky Top Comedy Contest is tonight.  That means by late this evening we will know what 12 people will be appearing on October 14th at the Square Room to battle it out for the trophy!


Also, Preservation Pub has been going through some changes to better suit the traffic flow of the venue and this has allowed us to drop the total ticket price for tonight's show to $5!!!


Tonight we have competitors from Illinois, Georgia, California and Florida. You won't see that broad of an origin of performers at any other comedy event in Knoxville!


The Knoxville comedy scene is growing, but it is 100% because of you folks that continue to come out and support our live events!  Thank you for allowing us to create more stage time which makes our local talent stronger and stronger!

2011 Trophy

Keep in mind, as an audience member at the Rocky Top Comedy Contest you get to vote for your top three favorite comedians of the night.  The quality of comedy at this contest has been amazing and we are super excited that we are able to give away the trophy to the right after the Finals in October along with $250 cash! This is bound to be the biggest stand-up comedy event Knoxville has seen outside of the Tennessee Theatre!!


Also, just a heads up that we just got our T-Shirts back from the printer and they will be for sale TONIGHT at the 4th Round of the Rocky Top Comedy Contest at Preservation Pub. Showtime is 8pm, parking has been tight downtown, so get their early to get a good space and a good seat!
